Hello. My name is Nicky and I am a Mindfulness teacher based in West Yorkshire.
I am available for both 1:1 and group sessions
My Background
I’m an intuitive teacher who takes great joy in sharing the benefits that Mindfulness has brought into my life with those around me.
My passion for the outdoors, nature and my creative skills give me further ways to practice mindfulness alone and with others. I love to share these moments in workshops, 1:1 sessions and in Mindful Making classes.
Mindful Walking in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside has taught me to see my surroundings in a whole new light. I love sharing this gift with clients young and old.
Covid-19 has been a challenge to all of us. But using Zoom to teach courses and deliver 1:1 sessions has provided me with some amazing opportunities to work with people far beyond my normal local area. And I’ve been surprised how well groups have come together and really become close even though they only meet in the virtual world.
